29 August 2013 Swaab client takes out Telstra Australian Business Award

Private health insurer, and Swaab client, took out the Start-up Award at the national Telstra Australian Business Awards last week. In just over two years, has already signed up 40,000 Australians and has a projected annual revenue of $46 million.
Swaab was instrumental in assisting with the set-up of their business and registration as the first private health insurer in 30 years. Swaab has a long standing history with the private health insurance industry, and is accustomed to advising and dealing with the Private Health Insurance Act, dealings with PHIAC, regulatory issues and the industry Code of Conduct.
Lead partner on assisting in their establishment, Matthew Hall, is delighted for his client. "We are very proud of and all they have achieved in a short period of time, we are proud to have them as a client at Swaab and look forward to continuing to support them as they grow further", said Hall.
