6 August 2015 Warwick Ryan featured in SmartCompany on recent $56,000 back-pay case

Employment law specialist Warwick Ryan has been featured in SmartCompany on a recent employment case where an accommodation business was required to back-pay employees after the business told former staff they were not obliged to make redundancy payments because the business was in financial trouble.

Four women employed in front-counter and housekeeping positions went to clarify their workplace rights with the Fair Work Obundsman and received more than $56,000 in outstanding wages, leave and redundancy pay.
