Fred founded the firm in 1981. Fred specialises in large scale transactions such as corporate acquisitions, sales and public offerings. His principal areas of practice include commercial transactions, corporate and trust structures and contract advice and drafting. He acts as legal counsel to many public and private corporations and as personal adviser to not for profits and senior corporate executives.
