Naomi has extensive experience assisting private and public sector clients with commercially realistic solutions across a wide range of industries, including entertainment and new media, with particular experience in commercial contracting, corporate governance and technology. Prior to her career in the law, Naomi worked in the arts, particularly in theatre and music promotion. In 2008 Naomi's book Business Structures and Governance: A Practical Guide for the Arts was published by the Arts Law Centre of Australia.
