Tean is a litigation lawyer with over 14 years of experience and advises in all aspects of commercial disputes and insolvency and corporate restructuring.
Tean also has extensive experience acting and advising in relation to director and officer liability and regulatory matters (including high profile investigations and prosecutions brought by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission) as well as shareholder disputes.

Tean originally qualified in Canada as a Barrister & Solicitor in 1998 and relocated to Australia in 2002. He joined Swaab Attorneys in 2007.
