Overview

Our Property team is valued by our clients because of our industry knowledge and commitment to delivering timely practical advice. Swaab Attorneys have recognised that to be successful in the practice of law in a complex environment, it is important for us to have an interest in and understanding of our clients' businesses, a problem-solving, practical approach and a highly engaged, collaborative team supported by the most advanced and appropriate technology.

Catherine Hallgath and Mary Digiglio lead our team and are accredited as specialists in property law by the Law Society of NSW. We provide advisory services to property owners, investors, landlords and tenants in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. We work with our clients to develop, negotiate and document deals. This helps to minimise unexpected complications which can otherwise delay transactions at an advanced stage of negotiation.

Based on our extensive industry experience, we can offer our clients a full range of services and practical advice from the local to the national level. Clients are able to access our expert online document management system and are provided with an exceptional level of service at all times.
