Mary is an accredited specialist in property law by the Law Society of New South Wales. She has an extensive background in commercial, retail, industrial, rural and residential real estate throughout Australia. Mary's practice focuses on commercial, retail, residential and hospital developments, joint ventures, mixed title structuring, disposals and acquisitions and landlord leasing. Recently, she has acted in a number of large stratum, strata and community title developments in New South Wales, a portfolio of property and corporate acquisitions in Asia and long term water front leases from the Department of Lands, Crown Land Division.
Mary acts for a range of property trusts, large corporations, private hospitals, small to medium enterprises and private investors. She brings to her clients a developed industry knowledge backed by her experience of more than seven years in the real estate industry prior to practicing law.
