Josephine was awarded a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) in 2000 and admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2001. Since then she has worked exclusively in family law, both in Australia and in England, where she qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and spent two years working as a family lawyer in high net worth financial disputes. Josephine has extensive expertise in all areas of family law, including divorce, financial settlements, children’s matters and de facto property disputes. She has a Master of Applied Law (Family Law) degree.
