Melanie is an experienced family lawyer and a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council, the Law Society of New South Wales and Collaborative Professionals (New South Wales). Melanie has experience in all areas of family law including financial agreements, property settlements, parenting issues, child support issues, divorce applications, spouse maintenance and all de facto matters. Melanie holds a Bachelor in Law and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2003 and commenced a period of clerkship in 1995 in South Africa and was admitted to practice in South Africa in 1997.
