Swaab announces rapid response team
Swaab Attorneys have formed a multi-disciplinary rapid response team, under the leadership of our insolvency lawyers, to assist insolvency practitioners make faster decisions and deal with the issues and aspects of insolvency litigation and any associated transactions.
The Team is comprised of lawyers whose expertise ranges from insolvency, restructuring, directors' liability, asset disposals, workouts, risk management and transactional experience.
The firm's managing partner, Fred Swaab, says: "We believe this team delivers a quick and efficient way for our firm to assist our clients to handle the varied issues that can, and in many cases have, arisen during the current financial crisis."
