Matthew Hall fea­tured in Smart Com­pa­ny on ACC­C’s action against Woolworth

Swaab IP part­ner, Matthew Hall has been fea­tured in Smart­Com­pa­ny com­ment­ing on the ACC­C’s action against Wool­worth over prod­uct safety.

The Aus­tralian Com­pe­ti­tion and Con­sumer Com­mis­sion is tak­ing super­mar­ket giant Wool­worths to court over sev­er­al unsafe prod­ucts, includ­ing a deep fry­er that alleged­ly burnt cus­tomers and a fold­ing stool that could not with­stand the weight it was meant to.
