She has an extensive background in commercial, retail, industrial, rural and residential real estate throughout Australia. Mary's practice focuses on commercial, retail, residential, club and hospital developments, mixed title structuring and implementation and disposals and acquisitions. Recently, she has acted in a number of large stratum, strata and community title developments in New South Wales and a portfolio of property and corporate acquisitions in Asia. 

Mary acts for a range of property trusts, large corporations, private hospitals, small to medium enterprises and private investors. She brings to her clients a developed industry knowledge backed by her experience of more than seven years in the real estate/property industry prior to practicing law.
