The areas of Private Client Services are very diverse and in many cases are best addressed with a commercial outcome in mind. By that we mean the costs associated with legal services in lengthy proceedings have to be weighed against the costs associated with quicker outcomes.

We believe that we add the most value for our private clients by focusing our commercial expertise on their objectives.

For example, we regularly look to mediation as a best strategy for complex and emotive family law cases. Our family law specialist team is highly recognised in New South Wales and has acted on some of the largest divorce matters in this state.

We also endeavour to add value by having our specialist partners supervise all aspects of our private client property work. Recently we were able to issue contracts and negotiate a sale for our client in under two days. In a complex, competitive and constantly changing environment, our speed and skill are highly valued by our clients.

Wills and deceased estates are very sensitive matters and we understand the pressures to ensure that matters are handled professionally and with care. We recently acted on a complicated estate involving a large sum subject to competing claims under what is now the Succession Act. We were assured by our clients that our vast commercial experience enabled a complex matter to be managed to the highest possible standard.
