An oppor­tu­ni­ty to join a grow­ing team focus­ing in new con­struc­tion and the stra­ta reme­di­al sector. 

The role will involve front end and back end con­struc­tion mat­ters with oppor­tu­ni­ties to be exposed to devel­op­ing law under the NSW Con­struc­tion Reform and stra­ta renew­al mat­ters. This role would suit a dynam­ic lawyer who is keen to learn and spe­cialise in this fast-devel­op­ing area of law for both new and stra­ta reme­di­al con­struc­tion projects. 

Skills & Experience

To be con­sid­ered for this posi­tion, you will have 3 – 6 years PAE. It is pre­ferred for can­di­dates to pos­sess tech­ni­cal skills from a lit­i­ga­tion and/​or con­struc­tion envi­ron­ment and have the abil­i­ty to man­age a high file load with a high lev­el of autonomy.

The suc­cess­ful can­di­date will be a team play­er, have great com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills, and be will­ing to men­tor oth­ers with­in the team.
