About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and ambitious corporate lawyer with 2 – 6 years PQE to work closely with of one of the firm’s senior partners in our well respected corporate team. Being part of a small team, this role provides good exposure to clients and involvement in a broad variety of corporate and transactional work.
In this role you will be involved in all areas of corporate transactional work, including acquisitions and disposals, investments, financing, restructuring and corporate advisory work. In terms of client base, this role has a good mix, and will see you advising Australian and international clients, including both private and public companies, on a range of matters for a number of industry sectors.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced corporate transactions lawyer who has been involved in a broad range of corporate matters. You will be commercially savvy, a strong communicator, possess excellent technical abilities and appreciate the importance of attention to detail, planning your time effectively and meeting deadlines.
