About the role
We are looking for a bright, motivated, client focused, experienced Lawyer with minimum 2 — 3 years PQE to work directly with our Commercial Partner.
You will be working on an interesting variety of matters which will include a mix of transactional finance work, as well as preparing advice on commercial lending, trade and receivables finance, advising financiers, insolvency practitioners and commercial clients on the PPSR.
The role will also involve providing advice to SME’s on commercial and corporate law matters across a broad range of industries.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have at least 2 to 3 years post qualifying experience as a Commercial lawyer in a similar role. Not only will you be technically competent in the area of commercial law, you know this is the area of the law you wish to focus on. It is important that you are a strong communicator, you pride yourself in your high attention to detail and you plan your time effectively to meet deadlines.
An intermediate level of MS Office applications is essential and experience with use of Affinity practice management system and File Site Document Management would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
