About the role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and client focused Legal Secretary to provide support to a team of 5 in our Commercial and IP team. This is a busy role and will see you providing much valued support in the following ways:
- Preparing, formatting and editing documents
- Management of various correspondence
- Client liaison and administration for Wills and Estates
- Dictaphone typing
- Filing, both paper and electronically
- Opening and closing of files
- General admin/secretarial duties
Skills & Experience
A minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a legal secretary and an intermediate level of MS Office applications is essential. Experience with use of Affinity practice management system and FileSite document management would be highly regarded but not essential.
You are a strong administrator who is well presented, highly organised, has excellent attention to detail, displays initiative in your approach to your work and are confident liaising with clients. A can do, positive attitude comes naturally for you.
