About the role
We are looking for a bright, motivated, client focused Senior Associate to join our Family Law team.
Working in a very close and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to make your mark in this role, dealing with complex and commercially oriented family law matters for high net worth individuals.
You will be working on a full spectrum of family law issues including financial and parenting cases.
This role will also see you work in a largely autonomous manner and manage multiple matters concurrently, so you will need to be able to confidently work at this level. It is important to us that you are passionate in this area of law and have the ability to handle matters with both sensitivity and savviness.
You will ideally have a minimum of 8 years post admission experience gained in a reputable firm, drive and tenacity, an articulate approachable manner and have excellent organisational and communication skills. Specialist accreditation is preferable.
Workplace culture is everything to us, because when our people are happy we know they will look after our clients and themselves. Swaab is a place where people feel they can innovate, collaborate and develop their careers and are rewarded for their efforts.
