Nicole Cini

I have worked in employment relations and human resources for over ten years, most recently as an employment lawyer both in-house and in private practice. This experience has provided me with a strong understanding of client needs and an ability to resolve disputes in a forward thinking manner in the context of the employment relationship as a whole. I understand the importance of resolving matters with a practical and results driven approach, while being a strong advocate for my client. My experience includes complex industrial relations matters, dispute resolution, transactional, and advisory work for both government, non for profit, and private companies as well as individual clients. I have extensive experience working in a unionised workplace, providing strategic advice and conducting complex workplace investigations, both in Australia and in Canada.
