About the role
We are looking for a bright, motivated, client focused, experienced Lawyer with minimum 2 — 5 years PQE to work directly with a Commercial Partner.
You will be working on an interesting variety of matters which will include a mix of transactional finance work, as well as preparing advice on commercial lending, trade and receivables finance and advising financiers, insolvency practitioners and commercial clients on the PPSR.
The role will also involve transactional support and providing advice to SME’s on commercial and corporate law matters across a broad range of industries.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess prior experience commercial transactional and finance work. Prior experience in general commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution matters will also assist together with a passion for building strong client relationships with exposure to business development and a desire to build their own practice and advance their career.
You will be commercially savvy, a strong communicator, possess excellent technical abilities and appreciate the importance of attention to detail, planning your time effectively and meeting deadlines.
