Michael Hayter and Kellie Van Munster are proud to have supported Bruce Gleeson and Daniel Soire throughout the receivership of Melissa Caddick’s property and the liquidation of Maliver Pty Limited, culminating in the Federal Court orders made today bringing the receivership to a close.

Over almost six years, this highly complex and heavily litigated matter required unwavering focus, collaboration and determination to deliver meaningful outcomes for investors. The recovery and distribution of close to 40 cents in the dollar is a commendable achievement and reflects the tireless work of the receivers, their advisers and the many professionals involved.

We congratulate Bruce and Daniel on reaching this important milestone and thank all investors and stakeholders for their patience and cooperation throughout the process.

This matter highlights both the importance of investor vigilance and the critical role of insolvency and legal professionals in pursuing asset recovery and accountability in cases of investment fraud.
