A two-day con­struc­tion law short course equip­ping con­struc­tion and legal pro­fes­sion­als with the pro­cure­ment, reg­u­la­to­ry and dis­pute exper­tise required to con­fi­dent­ly deliv­er mod­u­lar and pre­fab­ri­cat­ed projects. 

The Swaab Con­struc­tion & Stra­ta team is con­tribut­ing to the UNSW AGSM Exec­u­tive Edu­ca­tion pro­gram, Legal Essen­tials for Off-Site Con­struc­tion, focused on prac­ti­cal con­tract­ing strategies.
