• Advis­ing on con­t­a­m­i­nat­ed land, includ­ing PFAS dis­putes, and rep­re­sent­ing clients in envi­ron­men­tal and her­itage inci­dent inves­ti­ga­tions and respons­es to EPA show-cause notices.
• Advis­ing coun­cils on plan­ning agree­ment poli­cies, waste con­tracts, ten­der process­es and reg­u­la­to­ry obligations.
