Swaab Attorneys appoints climate change lawyer
Swaab Attorneys is pleased to announce the timely appointment of Special Counsel,
Dermot Duncan, to head the firm's Climate Change & Renewables practice group. Returning to Sydney after 7 years' practice in the UK,
Dermot has significant experience in the green economy, advising clients on waste, electricity, energy efficiency,
co-generation and renewable energy projects, process technology, regulation and contracts. Managing partner,
Fred Swaab said: "I am delighted that we have been able to bring Dermot into the firm.
The international climate change experience he brings will be a great asset for our clients in preparing for and
adapting to the changing business environment".
