I am an employment lawyer in Swaab’s employment law team. I am passionate about obtaining the most commercially sound outcomes for my clients and pride myself on my pragmatic and collaborative approach.

I advise my clients on various aspects of employment law such as the interpretation of modern awards, enterprise agreements and employment contracts, performance management, post-employment obligations, redundancy, workplace complaints, lawful dismissal procedures, and negotiated exits.

I have a proven ability to recognise the nuances of each case and respond with insightful solutions for my clients. I provide clients with up-to-date, tailored advice. I am presently undertaking a Masters of Labour Law and Relations at the University of Sydney.
