I have acted for international and national clients on real estate transactions in the commercial, industrial, and agriculture sectors across several States. My experience includes:

• Acting for a variety of clients, including listed international REITs, publicly listed companies, and private trusts.
• Sale of national property portfolio comprising an office tower and 11 industrial sites across 5 States via a competitive sale process.
• Sale of industrial site via multiple option agreements with a lease back arrangement.
• Sale of tenanted industrial sites in 3 States in a single transaction.
• Acquisitions of various commercial, industrial, and rural sites, both vacant and tenanted, in a number of States.
• Acting for landlords and tenants on various leasing transactions for commercial and industrial sites across Australia.
• Advising on development and lease documents for 35+ childcare centres in 2 States as part of a corporate M&A share acquisition.
• Due diligence of real estate assets for mortgagee clients as part of banking and finance deals.
• Advising on and negotiating easement cancellations and various licences for a private school.
