About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and ambitious litigation lawyer 3 – 8 years PQE to work in our well-regarded litigation team. Part of a dynamic, fast-moving and service focused practice group, this role provides regular client contact and involvement in all aspects of a broad commercial litigation and insolvency practice.
The role will provide exposure to a diverse range of clients and matters including corporate and personal insolvency; debt recovery; contractual disputes; director’s civil liability; partnership disputes; competition and consumer law; property; trusts and negligence in the Supreme Court, District Court, federal courts and various tribunals.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess prior experience in general commercial litigation, insolvency and dispute resolution matters. Along with a passion for building strong client relationships with exposure to business development and a desire to build their own practice and advance their career.
You will be commercially savvy, a strong communicator, possess excellent technical abilities and appreciate the importance of attention to detail, planning your time effectively and meeting deadlines.
