This pre­sen­ta­tion Anna Sharpe and James Skel­ton will cov­er how and when that Act will impact on Aus­tralian busi­ness­es and the extent to which required com­pli­ance mea­sures are like­ly to be aligned with leg­is­la­tion fore­shad­owed by the Aus­tralian gov­ern­ment to pro­mote the safe and respon­si­ble adop­tion of arti­fi­cial intelligence.
