With a broad back­ground span­ning gen­er­al legal prac­tice and the real estate indus­try, Julia Fanos brings a unique­ly prac­ti­cal and client‑focused per­spec­tive to her work. Hav­ing prac­tised across prop­er­ty, com­mer­cial, wills and estates, and with hands‑on expe­ri­ence as a licensed real estate pro­fes­sion­al and long‑time busi­ness own­er under a high­ly regard­ed cor­po­rate brand, Julia has been deeply involved in all stages of var­ied prop­er­ty transactions.

In addi­tion to advis­ing on prop­er­ty, com­mer­cial and leas­ing mat­ters, Julia works close­ly with indi­vid­u­als and fam­i­lies on estate plan­ning, includ­ing the prepa­ra­tion of wills, pow­ers of attor­ney and endur­ing guardian­ship arrange­ments. She is known for guid­ing clients through these impor­tant deci­sions with care, clar­i­ty and under­stand­ing, ensur­ing tai­lored out­comes that reflect each client’s per­son­al and fam­i­ly circumstances.
