We are delighted to announce the appointment of Julia Fanos as an Associate in our Property & Commercial team

With a broad background spanning general legal practice and the real estate industry, Julia Fanos brings a uniquely practical and client‑focused perspective to her work. Having practised across property, commercial, wills and estates, and with hands‑on experience as a licensed real estate professional and long‑time business owner under a highly regarded corporate brand, Julia has been deeply involved in all stages of varied property transactions.

In addition to advising on property, commercial and leasing matters, Julia works closely with individuals and families on estate planning, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianship arrangements. She is known for guiding clients through these important decisions with care, clarity and understanding, ensuring tailored outcomes that reflect each client’s personal and family circumstances.

As our firm continues to grow in alignment with its strategic vision, Julia’s appointment further strengthens our Property and Commercial team and supports our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional value, service and Generosity of Spirit to our clients,” said Mary Digiglio, Managing Partner at Swaab.
