We are delight­ed to announce the appoint­ments of Jess Hui as Senior Asso­ciate and Han­nah Mack­ay as Asso­ciate at Swaab, fur­ther strength­en­ing our exper­tise and depth of ser­vice across key sectors.

Jess Hui takes on the role of Senior Asso­ciate in our Cor­po­rate and Com­mer­cial team. Jess brings exten­sive expe­ri­ence advis­ing clients on cor­po­rate struc­tur­ing and restruc­tur­ing, com­mer­cial con­tract draft­ing, reviews, and nego­ti­a­tions, as well as busi­ness sales and acqui­si­tions. Her exper­tise also spans fran­chis­ing, IT and cyber­se­cu­ri­ty advi­so­ry, and intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty appli­ca­tions and infringe­ment mat­ters, along­side a wide range of trans­ac­tion­al work. Jess is pas­sion­ate about becom­ing a trust­ed advi­sor to her clients, work­ing close­ly with them to under­stand their busi­ness­es and sup­port their long-term success.

Also join­ing the firm, Han­nah Mack­ay joins us as an Asso­ciate, bring­ing a prac­ti­cal and com­mer­cial­ly focused approach to her work. Han­nah has expe­ri­ence across a broad range of cor­po­rate and com­mer­cial mat­ters and is recog­nised for deliv­er­ing clear, con­cise, and com­pre­hen­sive advice. She sup­ports clients across a vari­ety of sec­tors, includ­ing Hotels & Hos­pi­tal­i­ty, Pri­vate Clients & Fam­i­ly Busi­ness­es, Prop­er­ty & Con­struc­tion, and Real Estate. Hannah’s prag­mat­ic style and strong com­mer­cial aware­ness make her a valu­able addi­tion to both our team and our clients.
