Cecil­ia Rose has joined Swaab Attor­neys as spe­cial coun­sel for the Prop­er­ty Plan­ning and Projects team.

Cecil­ia has exten­sive lit­i­ga­tion expe­ri­ence in the Land and Envi­ron­ment Court and Supreme Court of NSW and many years’ expe­ri­ence in nav­i­gat­ing clients through the issues they are con­front­ed with in the vast­ness of plan­ning reg­u­la­tion in NSW. She advis­es gov­ern­ment and pri­vate sec­tor clients with advice and on var­i­ous occa­sions has been engaged to act as in-house coun­sel for local gov­ern­ment entities.
