Last month Swaab’s Partner and Management team spent two days off-site at Kiama for a Strategy Weekend, the first in a post Covid world.

This was a valuable opportunity for the team to workshop, brainstorm and bond under the watchful guidance and facilitation of Sue-Ella Prodonovich from Prodonovich Advisory. The aim of the weekend was to review the success of our performance over the past two years and set our strategic direction for 2023. From the stand point of team collaboration, culture and bonding the highlight was dinner at Silica Bar & Restaurant on Friday night.
