Michael Hayter – Com­mer­cial Lit­i­ga­tion & Insol­ven­cy Part­ner, was inter­viewed on last night’s ABC Four Cor­ners pro­gram — Dirty Deeds: Inside Australia’s Biggest Tax Scam. The pro­gram looked at the infa­mous Plu­tus Pay­roll scheme and the con­spir­a­cy to defraud more than $100 mil­lion from Aus­tralian tax­pay­ers. Michael pre­vi­ous­ly cross-exam­ined Simon Anquetil the for­mer chief exec­u­tive of the pay­roll com­pa­ny at the cen­tre of the extra­or­di­nary tax fraud syn­di­cate, for sus­pect­ed cred­it card fraud dur­ing the liq­ui­da­tion pro­ceed­ings of E‑Strategy Group which occurred just pri­or to the Plu­tus fraud.
