Swaab wel­comes new lawyer Kel­ly Mar­shall to our cor­po­rate and com­mer­cial team.

Kel­ly is a com­mer­cial and cor­po­rate advi­so­ry lawyer with spe­cial­ist indus­try focus in Intel­lec­tu­al Prop­er­ty, and the Telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions, Media and Tech­nol­o­gy sec­tor. Kel­ly has advised pri­vate and pub­lic sec­tor clients on a wide range of com­mer­cial and cor­po­rate issues includ­ing IP and TMT agree­ments, trans­ac­tion due dili­gence, joint ven­tures, breach of con­fi­dence, pri­va­cy and oth­er relat­ed cor­po­rate trans­ac­tions. She also has expe­ri­ence in intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty lit­i­ga­tion, trade prac­tices advice and lit­i­ga­tion, and cor­po­rate gov­er­nance. Kel­ly’s com­mer­cial acu­men is strength­ened by sig­nif­i­cant expe­ri­ence in the event man­age­ment industry. 

Kel­ly is cur­rent­ly study­ing a Mas­ters of Com­mu­ni­ca­tion Law and is a mem­ber of the Com­mu­ni­ca­tions and Media Law Asso­ci­a­tion (CAM­LA) and the NSW Soci­ety of Com­put­ers and the Law.
