Swaab is delight­ed to wel­come Tim Hard­wick as a grad­u­ate solic­i­tor in our lit­i­ga­tion team. Tim is the first in a series of recent grad­u­ate hires under­tak­en by Swaab.

Pri­or to his arrival at Swaab, Tim has gained expe­ri­ence in a broad range of cor­po­rate and pri­vate client work, includ­ing suc­ces­sion act claims, wills and estates, mort­gage advances and com­mer­cial lit­i­ga­tion. In addi­tion, he has appeared in the CTTT in respect of small busi­ness claims and stra­ta issues. Tim com­plet­ed a Juris Doc­tor at UTS in 2012 and was admit­ted to prac­tice in Feb­ru­ary 2013. Pri­or to com­plet­ing a Juris Doc­tor, Tim com­plet­ed a Bach­e­lor of Arts at Syd­ney Uni­ver­si­ty with majors in phi­los­o­phy and per­for­mance studies.
