Susan Walsh has joined Swaab as a senior asso­ciate, expand­ing the capa­bil­i­ty of our com­mer­cial, and IP and tech­nol­o­gy teams.

Susan spe­cialis­es in com­mer­cial and tech­nol­o­gy law, par­tic­u­lar­ly in draft­ing and nego­ti­a­tion of sup­ply and dis­tri­b­u­tion con­tracts, tech­nol­o­gy con­tracts, intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty licens­ing, pri­va­cy and inter­net law, and advis­ing on mar­ket­ing con­tent and brand­ing. Susan draws her expe­ri­ence from ten years work­ing in pri­vate prac­tice act­ing for a broad range of pub­lic and pri­vate sec­tor clients, devel­op­ers and multi­na­tion­al cor­po­ra­tions, and as gen­er­al coun­sel for an Irish tech­nol­o­gy and com­mu­ni­ca­tions company.

In addi­tion to being admit­ted in New South Wales, Susan is admit­ted to prac­tice in Eng­land and Wales and Ireland.
