Swaab wel­comes two new lawyers to our Lit­i­ga­tion team, Kris Hung and Natale Iladro.

Kris has gained expe­ri­ence in a broad range of per­son­al and cor­po­rate work, includ­ing insol­ven­cy and debt recov­ery and was involved in a large scale class action Fed­er­al Court mat­ter in which he had respon­si­bil­i­ty for con­duct­ing the dai­ly oper­a­tion of a Court super­vised set­tle­ment dis­tri­b­u­tion scheme. Kris has suc­cess­ful­ly com­plet­ed a Bach­e­lor of Arts (Hons), major­ing in Chi­nese stud­ies and psy­chol­o­gy, at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Syd­ney and a Bach­e­lor of Laws at the Uni­ver­si­ty of NSW

Natale has gained sig­nif­i­cant expe­ri­ence in a broad range of work, includ­ing debt recov­ery, bank­rupt­cy, com­mer­cial and lit­i­ga­tion. Natale com­plet­ed his Bach­e­lor of Arts (major­ing in Media Arts and Pro­duc­tion) and Bach­e­lor of Laws at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Tech­nol­o­gy in 2010 and was admit­ted in August 2011. Natale also has expe­ri­ence in Insur­ance Law work, name­ly draft­ing sub­mis­sions and advices in rela­tion to pol­i­cy inter­pre­ta­tion and the oper­a­tion of the Insur­ance Con­tracts Act.
