I am an experienced commercial litigator, with a track record of successful outcomes in contested litigation, as well as out of court dispute resolution. I am known for my strategic approach to all forms of litigation and dispute resolution and my ability to clearly identify and address issues to resolve disputes in a way that meets client objectives.
My clients include public and private Australian and overseas corporations, Local Government, small to medium enterprises and individuals. I have acted in proceedings involving contractual disputes, director's civil liability, corporate and personal insolvency, partnership disputes, competition and consumer law (previously trade practices), property, taxation, trusts and negligence in the Supreme Court, District Court, federal courts and various tribunals.
I have also acted in representative proceedings (class actions) in the Federal Court of Australia. My particular interest is in commercial disputes, director's liability and insolvency.
