About the role/​s

We need a moti­vat­ed, client-focused Com­mer­cial Lawyer with min­i­mum 5 — 8 years PQE to work direct­ly with a Part­ner in our Com­mer­cial team. The work is inter­est­ing and diverse, includ­ing merg­ers and acqui­si­tions, com­mer­cial con­tracts and corporate/​compliance matters.

You will be involved in prepar­ing and nego­ti­at­ing a vari­ety of com­mer­cial agree­ments, includ­ing share/​asset sale and pur­chase agree­ments, share­hold­er agree­ments, com­mer­cial con­tracts and struc­tur­ing and restruc­tur­ing doc­u­ments, as well as under­tak­ing due dili­gence and cor­po­rate gov­er­nance work.

The role involves pro­vid­ing advice on com­mer­cial law mat­ters across a broad range of industries. 

Skills & Experience

You must have at least 5 – 8 years post-qual­i­fy­ing expe­ri­ence as a Com­mer­cial lawyer. We’re look­ing for a great com­mu­ni­ca­tor with high atten­tion to detail, strong tech­ni­cal skills, a sen­si­ble com­mer­cial atti­tude to prob­lem-solv­ing, and the abil­i­ty to work autonomous­ly and meet deadlines.
