Will Kingston and Adam Zwi will be undertaking Swaab’s graduate program, including three six month rotations.

Will has joined our Commercial and Intellectual Property team for his initial rotation. Prior to his arrival at Swaab, Will supported the in-house legal team at Hewlett-Packard. This provided him with a unique insight into the drafting and negotiation of commercial IT agreements, regulatory compliance and consumer law issues. This followed experience in business roles at IMG Australia and SAP. Will concluded his studies at Sydney University in 2014 where he read for a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Economic and Social Sciences degree.

Adam will support the litigation team during his first rotation. Adam completed his double degree in Law and Arts, majoring in Government and International Relations, in 2014. He is scheduled to be admitted as a lawyer later in 2015. Prior to joining Swaab, Adam worked as a radio producer and researcher at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. He also interned with the ABC’s in-house litigation team, where he worked on defamation and copyright matters. Adam is eager to grow his legal experience across a range of practice areas in his early years at Swaab.
