As part of the corporate and commercial team at Swaab, I assist clients with corporate structuring and restructuring, commercial contract drafting, reviews and negotiations, business sales and purchases, franchising, IT and cyber security advice, intellectual property applications and infringements, and other transactional works. I am passionate about being part of my client’s business and becoming their trusted advisor.
Having worked in Australia and overseas, I have a combined legal experience of nearly 20 years working in-house and at private practices including Prada SpA (HKG1913), Hasbro Inc (NASDAQ:HAS), Shenwan Hongyuan Group (SHE000166), Kennedys (UK law firm), Appleby (Bermuda law firm), Shearman & Sterling (renamed as A&O Shearman, US law firm), and a few Sydney CBD law firms such as Koffels, Sajen Legal and Lawpath.
Apart from my legal admission to the Supreme Court of NSW, I am also a practising Public Notary in NSW, a retired chartered secretary in the UK and Hong Kong, and a non-practising solicitor in New Zealand.

Experiences
I have extensive experience advising clients of their corporate structures and assisting with legal structure set-ups (including trust set-ups) and restructurings. I also assist businesses in drafting, reviewing and negotiating all sorts of commercial documents and advising on legal compliances and corporate governance. In the past, I duly assisted businesses in putting in place legal compliant documentation that best protects their interests and defends them in disputes, claims or court proceedings.
