I am a Senior Associate in the property, planning and projects team specialising in the resolution of strata and construction related disputes.
With over 10 years’ of experience in both Australia and the United Kingdom, I have acted for owners corporations, developers, builders and owners in all manner of strata, construction and property related disputes. I have conducted proceedings in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Local Court, the Supreme Court and the Land and Environment Court.

I have acted for owners corporations, developers, builders and owners in all manner of strata and construction matters, including:
- Acting for owners corporations and owners in all manner of strata disputes arising under the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015.
- Acting for owners corporations and owners in drafting by-laws, motions for general meetings, relevant forms, consolidation of by-laws, review of by-laws, and advice as to technical compliance with the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015.
- Acting in relation to building defects claims arising under the Home Building Act 1989 in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Supreme Court of NSW.
- Acting for owners corporations, owners, and developers in strata renewal matters under Part 10 of Strata Schemes Development Act 2015.
- Preparing easements and access deeds.
- Acting in relation to tree disputes, dividing fences disputes and boundary disputes.
- Previously acted for the developer in Supreme Court litigation concerning Opal Tower. Defended against and prosecuting multiple cross claims extending up and down the entire length of the supply chain and across a series of separate proceedings.
- Previously acted in a in a dispute concerning a defective waste to energy treatment facility located in Derbyshire in the United Kingdom. Directed the disclosure exercise, from start to finish and in compliance with Practice Direction 57AD which was introduced whilst the proceedings were on foot. The case was one of the highest value claims in the TCC list at the time which settled for approx. £94 million.
