We wel­come two new lawyers to the team

We are thrilled to wel­come two new lawyers to our lit­i­ga­tion and fam­i­ly law teams, Alexan­dra Streltso­va and Monique Love­day.

Alexan­dra will be work­ing along­side Part­ner Marc Bad­dams and the lit­i­ga­tion team bring­ing over 10 years of expe­ri­ence in com­mer­cial dis­pute res­o­lu­tion and lit­i­ga­tion and prac­tices pre­dom­i­nant­ly in the areas of com­mer­cial dis­pute res­o­lu­tion and lit­i­ga­tion, insol­ven­cy and com­mer­cial advice. 

Monique will be join­ing Swaab as a senior asso­ciate in the fam­i­ly law team. Monique is expe­ri­enced in rep­re­sent­ing high net worth clients in com­plex prop­er­ty nego­ti­a­tions and set­tle­ments, lit­i­ga­tion and has an advanced under­stand­ing in Alter­na­tive Dis­pute Res­o­lu­tion. Monique adopts a more hands on approach for her clients to pro­vide cre­ative solu­tions to what would oth­er­wise appear to be com­plex issues.
